Know Before You Go
- Two ways to reach the property: the shared open-air funicular or 170 stairs
- A taxi or car can meet you at the funicular landing point
- Houseman available to handle luggage
- Not for those with a fear of heights
- This villa does not accept children under the age of 10.
- As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
- All noise and/or music shall be maintained at reasonable levels during the day to accommodate quiet enjoyment of neighbors and authorities. No excessive noise or amplified music is permitted between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- For safety and security of the villa, guests and staff, no outside guests are permitted in the villa at any time.
- Infinity pool is heated only in the winter months

- The rates for this home are for a maximum capacity of up to 12 guests. The home can sleep up to 13 guests with the option of including the use of existing daybed in bedroom 3 (€). Please ask.
