This is a very large home – over 20,000 sq ft built into the hillside. It has several large social areas spread over different floors: games room, open-air gym, gardens, media rooms, library and a huge living and dining area around the infinity pool. The entrance is on the 5th floor and it opens out to a huge pool area.
Colour and views abound, there is no mistaking you are in Mexico with bright original artwork, accent walls and all the splendorous natural colour that nature can provide right outside your bedroom window.
Wine and dine on the spacious terrace or relax beside the infinity pool… either way, you can enjoy the fabulous views of Puerto Vallarta and Bahia de Banderas.

The rooms are very well decorated, each one with a different dramatic theme, all with fabulous views.
The house is built on a hillside with 7 floors cascading downwards and bedrooms distributed on most floors. The main living level is on the 5th floor where you will find 5 of the bedrooms alongside the living area, kitchen, pool and terrace. On the 4th floor there is an open-air lounge accompanied by Bedroom 13 while Bedroom 14 is next to the gym.
