- Will need taxi/Uber or car rental to get around or take a steep walk to local beaches.
- Not suitable for bachelor parties and spring break groups.
- As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
- All noise and/or music shall be maintained at reasonable levels during the day to accommodate quiet enjoyment of neighbors and authorities. No excessive noise or amplified music is permitted between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- For safety and security of the villa, guests and staff, no outside guests are permitted in the villa at any time.
