An absolute gem with ocean views you can only dream about back home. The scene upon entrance will take your breath away as you are drawn to the views of the turquoise sea beyond the furnished terrace.
One cannot help noticing the condo’s tranquility where the lulling sounds of waves crashing on the shore below serenade you wherever you stand as the floor-to-ceiling terrace doors slide open to dissolve the interiors with the ample furnished terrace.
The condo’s open-plan concept will keep you and your group united whether sat watching a movie in the lounge area, preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or drinking a margarita while waiting for the BBQ to reach temperature.
This Puerto Vallarta rental condo is part of a luxury gated development with low density condos and luxury villas. Few homes on Puerto Vallarta’s exclusive south shore can offer a fully gated community experience, and even fewer can do so with beach access and private piers where you can sit out on loungers. Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The principal suite will lull you to sleep with the sounds of the ocean at the front of the condo with access to the shared terrace. The two guest suites are at the rear of the condo with views of tropical treetops. Bedroom 3 has wide double doors that open to the main living area.

The living spaces all center around the condo’s open-plan design, with a cozy lounge area leading to the interior dining space and kitchen that opens to the terrace with its additional dining table and BBQ. Most guests are sure to spend most of their time enjoying special moments sat around the large tropical wood table on the terrace, captivated by the ocean views.
The condo’s furnished communal pool area for the exclusive use of guests in the 10 apartments in the building area provides additional space to hang out as does the community’s private beach club and pool area.

- Guests can access the quiet oceanfront communal pool with loungers and terrace for the restricted use of guests staying in the condo building (10 units) or head to the community’s private beach club where there is another pool, beach furniture, pier, restaurant and gym.
- Principal Suite has the owner’s private lock-off but has plenty of closet space for guests.
- Bedroom 3 has large double doors that open directly to the open-plan living space.
