Located on a large plot of land with lush tropical gardens, the clifftop home in Careyes gently urges the guest to keep moving forward… through the lovely entryway with ample dining room, through the high-ceilinged, traditional-style Mexican living room to the terrace, lawn and lovely pool patio with an elevated, splendid sea view.
This is a Careyes rental villa where you can entertain in style. Enjoy it with family and friends, or maybe just stay for a month or two and catch up on all those classics you’ve always meant to read as you take in the view, capture the moment and enjoy the beautiful tropical surroundings.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There is no mistaking you are in Mexico – and specifically in Careyes – as what has become known on the Pacific Coast as “Careyes-Style” architecture is epitomized by the décor of this home.
White walls, built-in beds and sofas, splashes of colour from locally-woven textiles, simple reed rugs, lots of lovely sunlight and simple handmade Mexican floor tiles create a comfortable, easy environment that does not distract from the marvelous views and the abundance of nature.
Privacy is a priceless commodity – and each suite in this villa offers plenty of it. The Master is in the main house with another suite, accessed by its own staircase, above it.
The other two suites are located away from the main house. One is in the garden surrounded by greenery. The 4th suite, one level below the pool, offers views of the ocean that are simply stunning!

Living Areas
The “living room”, open to the garden and pool patio, succeeds in combining the outside with a cozy, established impression. And the sloped, wooden-beamed ceiling adds a sense of style and elegance.
The addition of a quite lovely fireplace – which could equally be at home in a European manor house – and the heavy wooden coffee table imbue it with a sense of belonging and grounding.

Get ready for some lovely repasts with a distinctive Mexi-French flair. The owner, who is French, has adapted several local specialties – and has added some of her own favourites – culminating in an elegant mix of interesting flavours and dishes.
Table settings are equal to their surroundings with attractive Mexican decorative pieces, textiles, glassware and pottery.
Menus will be presented prior to guests’ arrival.
