Next to the fairway leading to the 11th hole of the San Lorenzo golf course in Quinta do Lago, this fabulously modern Algarve rental home on three levels is popular with golfers, families, and luxury seekers alike.
This home is a real treat with superb features inside and out. Starting with the spacious outside sociable spaces around the pool, basking is blissful on the luxury sun recliners and outside sofa lounges. Put your feet up with a glass of your favourite Portuguese wine by the pool, wet your whistle with champers in the outside jacuzzi, or cook up a feast in the outdoor kitchen with full-on gas BBQ. With a choice of shaded al fresco dining areas, mealtimes are an absolute treat.
Heading inside, the home “keeps on giving” with elegant, bright cheery interiors adorned with carefully selected art that open to a large terrace via sliding doors. On the ground level, the contemporary kitchen is a particular treat with its breakfast bar and inviting pool views. The living room on the ground floor and the reading lounge/study upstairs are both decidedly cosy and perfect for some downtime out of the sun or a sneaky siesta. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including the master suite, upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have access to a lovely sun terrace with views over the golf course. Bedroom décor is fresh and simple with iconic artworks offering flashes of colour while en-suite bathrooms are decorated in glistening marble.
An additional bedroom without windows, more suitable for children or accompanying staff, can be found in the basement area next to the garage, sauna and a simple lounge.

On the ground floor, the main living room with a plasma TV and fireplace, dining room, and kitchen with breakfast bar flow from one to the other with access through French doors to the furnished pool terrace. Upstairs, a cosy reading room provides additional space for relaxation.
Outside, there are multiple areas for socializing and dining, including a kitchen with gas BBQ all looking towards a large swimming pool.

Pool heating (€) - Rates are for 2 guests in each bedroom with a charge for additional guests upon prior request.
- The basement area leading to Bedroom 5 and the sauna has no windows and a simple lounge that is wide open to the garage where the owners keep a buggy and a car (not available for guest use). The stairs down to the basement have a very low ceiling, so watch your head!
