Once a blooming olive estate, this stunning eighteenth-century hacienda poised amongst undulating farmland and groves between Seville and Jerez del la Frontera is perfectly positioned to help you become better acquainted with the intriguing western region of Andalusia. Just imagine the timeless vistas looking out towards rolling plains of olive and almond groves, a sea of sunflower heads bobbing in the sunshine, the sound of laughter and splashing from the pools, all accompanied by a dry manzanilla sherry to remind you where you are.
The main house is bathed in countryside comfort with overstuffed upholstery, antiques, art collections and an authentic equestrian theme. Meanwhile, your group can choose among 11 suites peppered around the main property in addition to 3 casitas that share a separate pool, gardens and terrace, plus a three-bedroom pool villa with a kitchen and living area.
On a practical level, the family-owned estate operates more like a boutique hotel where guests are treated to a complimentary breakfast that is conveniently served outside your own suite door while lunch and dinner are offered at the restaurant (€) run by a local professional team. Why not have lunch poolside or in the shade of the cabana? Or perhaps dinner under the clear, starry skies of the central courtyard. Dinner is a 3-course set menu with a generous pairing of half a bottle per person.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Each suite makes the ideal hideaway in which to retreat with a good book – along with an aged glass of something highly palatable – to reflect on the joy that life brings when there are such marvelous places to lay your head and relax. The beds are extremely comfy as are the bathroom facilities which are equipped with large tubs and walk-in showers.
Bedrooms 1-11 have a mezzanine level (7 have additional sofa beds) and are located in the main area of the home with access to a breakfast veranda.
Rustically chic, the 3 casitas lie in a private garden close to the main house and share an infinity pool. Each casita has a large, comfortable bedroom, separate living room and an upper level “siesta” zone.
The three-bedroom Pool Villa has a separate living room and kitchen, ideal for families or members of your group who want more privacy.
