Living Areas
The huge cascading fountain in the foyer truly sets the hacienda tone for your stay here alongside its grand staircases. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for you and your group to socialize, relax or even find some alone time. In the living and dining rooms, traditional vaulted wood-beamed ceilings complement the exquisite carved-wood furnishings, deep sofas and a cozy fireplace.
The games room is perfect for evening events and has plenty of seating as well as a pool table and poker table.
Outside, a two-tiered terrace with two pools and sun beds overlooks the famous El Arco rock formation, also known as Land’s End, where the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean meet. On the upper tier, the jacuzzi cascades into one infinity pool while on the second tier another swimming pool is adorned with a cool fire pit in the shallow end. A traditional Mexican Palapa provides shade for a casual lounge, wet bar and gas BBQ while plush cushioned sofas and chairs take shade under the veranda.

- All groups must have a member of 25 years of age as a signing renter.
- Pedregal HOA has a noise ordinance: loud noise and music after 10:00 PM will be subject to response by Pedregal Security which may result in penalties up to and including rental termination.
- Interiors and furnishings have a distinctly lived-in loved-in feel where comfort, ease and location for your group is the priority over luxury.
