With its roots dating back to 1227 and the Benedictine monks, the supply of fresh farm-to-table cuisine today would put a smile on the face of its ancestors. Pick tomatoes from the vine, cherries, apricots, plums, figs, and pomegranates depending on the season and fresh herbs and bee pollen direct from the garden.

The main home is where the heart of the entertaining takes place. A large farmhouse kitchen draws everybody in and makes outside dining a pleasure as it’s connected to the beautiful, extensive gardens, BBQ area and exterior dining areas.
The promise of great food and wonderful local wines is omnipresent, whether dining inside or out. The brightly colored, whimsical dining room seats 16 so celebrating special occasions or just long, lingering get-togethers is a joy.
Both the main home and the guest house offer cozy living rooms – ideal places to snuggle with a book from the library or to catch up on TV watching.

- A beautiful Romanesque church, with an ancient crypt, is located in the garden and makes the venue for weddings.

- The stone courtyard can seat up to 80 guests and the orchard is ideal for a nighttime, candlelit event.
- Guests will find lots of uneven surfaces, steps and terrain.
- Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals only.
