Named after the Swahili word that means “a place of miracles”, this luxury hacienda in Punta Mita sitting on one acre of private oceanfront truly deserves the term “estate of miracles”! This home has it all: majestic reception rooms opening to the oceanfront, covered patio, expansive blue Pacific vistas, proximity to the famous “Cove” a.k.a. “Bahia” surf break, rocky island outcroppings and soft ocean breezes. The shimmering infinity pool, hidden patios and private places all add up to a miracle of architecture, location and design.
One of the few examples of traditional Mexican architecture in the Punta Mita development, this luxury villa alludes to a modern-day Hacienda with grand spaces and proportions. One side of the home is devoted to amply-sized bedroom suites – the other to relaxing in the TV room or working out in the private gym.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Five bedrooms are located in the south wing of the home and the Master Suite on the north side. Three oceanfront bedrooms offer private patios that make the ideal place to relax and idle away the hours, enjoy a private breakfast or sit and watch the sun go down.
Two additional bedrooms also offer heaps of space and lots of lovely details. All rooms feature tasteful Mexican tapestry work, local artifacts and original artwork.
A nanny/teenage casita is fully fitted and equipped with a living/dining room and kitchen. The casita can be accessed through the service area or its own exterior entryway.

There’s even a native Canadian totem pole which, curiously enough, seems quite at home in its new oceanfront environment.
