Nestled towards the rear of the Real del Mar gated community and flanked by lush, tropical mountains, this villa is both private and luxuriously proportioned. It offers comfort and a modern style for up to 12 guests.
Here, a marble spiral staircase connects all three floors while stunning views captivate your attention at every turn. The ocean beckons in the distance as the whole development lays before you peppered with lush vegetation and palm trees.
Guest enter this villa on the top floor, which is capped with a palapa roof. At this level, you find two bedrooms and a large vestibule. Head down the spiral staircase to the pool level and you enjoy an open-plan living and dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen that opens to the main terrace through large patio doors. The lovely Master Suite also claims this level and offers direct access to the pool terrace.
Despite the likelihood you will never wish to leave this villa, its location within the exclusive Real del Mar gated community is sure to inspire you to visit the private beach club, restaurant, gym, tennis courts and spa.
