- If you are looking for a slice of classic Los Cabos living, this Palmilla villa could be your little bit of heaven. The home’s traditionally designed structure and large terrace and pool is striking. Step out into the ultra-luxe poolside area and you will have unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez and the acres of sky between you and the horizon. As you can imagine, the sunsets and sunrises are quite a sight to see!
The villa itself is spacious, balancing modern comforts with beautifully traditional design features. The open floor plan and use of natural materials give the ground floor of the home and the pool terrace a feel of cohesion and flow. It’s easy to move from the interior to the exterior from most of the living areas.
Of course, with a heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, alfresco dining and lounging area, and even a high-end gas BBQ you may wish to spend the majority of your time by the pool. Thanks to this villa’s position within a gated community, you can be sure that you will enjoy privacy and tranquility at all times.
