This Marbella villa evokes a crisp, clean feel that mirrors the simple lines of this one-story home. The spacious villa is surrounded by lush green lawns and lovely foliage – the most impressive of which is a giant deciduous tree that takes center stage and contrasts beautifully with the home’s contemporary design.
The name is appropriate – not only because of the great vistas down to the famed Coast and out to the Mediterranean but also for the lovely views across the garden to the impressively-sized pool with its bar and party set-up. Spacious white patios and blond wood decks complete the crisp, happy atmosphere.
This is a home for seriously cool parties or chic vacays. With the best that Marbella, Puerto Banús and Elviria have to offer just minutes away, you find yourself in a cool home in a hot destination.

Four bedrooms are located in and accessed from the inside of the home. Two can be reached from the back of the house and two can be used as an independent apartment underneath the house.
The en-suite bathrooms are immaculate with lots of lovely marble, sleek lines and modern amenities – some have a very modern jet shower cubicle.
