- It is next to the tennis and paddle courts of the Quinta do Lago Campus sports complex, so some noise may be heard from this facility.
- Having a vehicle to get around is highly recommended.
- There is an extra charge for pool heating and must be requested in advance.
- More regular housekeeping for stays of two weeks or more.
- Additional housekeeping may be booked in advance on stays longer than 3 nights (€).
- No change of sheets is included for stays shorter than 7 nights.
- Basic welcome toiletry items provided at arrival with no replacement.
