- All groups must have a member of 30 years of age as a signing renter.
- The sea at the beach in Puerto Los Cabos is not considered swimmable, though people do swim there at their own risk when the waves are calmer.
- An access fee for Puerto Los Cabos private community is applicable per booking.
- A minimal Environmental Sanitation fee is charged per night and paid to the local government of Baja California Sur.
