Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedrooms are decidedly zen with cool tones that would otherwise seem understated for Mexico. However, when the electric blinds rise, you enjoy sensory overload with the bright colors of the ocean, sky and vibrant green vegetation. Indeed, these rooms make perfect picture frames for the views.
A tropical wood wrap-around terrace unites the front of bedrooms 1 to 4, where you can step onto your balcony with a cuppa in the morning or a night cap before sleep.
Bedroom 5 is ideal for children or teenagers with its bunk beds and king-size sofa bed. It has two separate bathrooms, each with an outdoor and indoor shower. In theory, this room could sleep up to 10 children, upon request.

Living Areas
This Punta Mita luxury villa is all about living your best life. Interior design is sleek and almost zen-like, a dance between industrial details such as urban style wall detailing and an understated beach vibe. In fact, here the idea is to allow the star of the show to shine: the amazing ocean views. Look out for the fabulous collection of lampshades playing homage to the villa’s beachfront locale, from delicate lobster catchers to conche-like shell creations.
However, despite the trendy design, this home has spared no detail on comfort. Soft furnishings are super soft, from the sofas and cushions to the padding on the formal dining room chairs. Likewise, all the sound, lighting and AC can be iPad controlled so the ambience wherever you step foot suits your mood and intentions.
The pool terrace deserves a special mention. “Floating” appears to be a theme. While sun loungers look as though they are floating on the water’s surface, so does the trendy alfresco deck, poised like a tiki island with its fire pit.
And finally, it is worth noting that the open plan living area with its formal dining table for 12, pool-view lounge, sports bar and huge show kitchen can all be sealed for AC cooling by floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The ultimate, indoor-outdoor experience.
