Located on the top of a hill with views across the valleys and woods stands a pretty 2-story home that offers traditional rural comfort in quiet, well-groomed and immaculate surroundings. The home is so Italian in style – even the trees, bushes and passing pheasants seem a little more chic, well put together and utterly enticing.
With a grassy area in front, a cozy apartment to the side and a lovely lavender and rosemary-scented walkway leading to the large pool patio and lawn, it makes an ideal choice for those looking for space, comfort and the best in outdoor living.
This is the ideal home for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy the splendors of the countryside in a comfortable abode not far from a magnitude of activities and sightseeing.

Living Areas
The home is a traditional square farmhouse with a spacious living room that opens to the garden and patio and a walkthrough dining room with country-elegant dining table and chairs. The kitchen is at the rear of the home with doors leading to the outside patios and pool walkway.
The living room features worn and cozy leather sofas in front of the fireplace making the ideal place to sit with a good book or enjoy an end-of-the-evening digestif.
Four big ottomans take the place of the traditional coffee table creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Outside, the rattan sofas in front of the living room doors are a great place to enjoy the setting sun or an early morning coffee. A covered pergola at the side of the apartment is just waiting to provide shelter for those long, lingering Italian lunches.

- If the apartment is rented independently of the main house, guests will share the common grassy area of the main house.
- The apartment is reached via access in front of the main house – we recommend renting the apartment with the main house.
- Outside dining table for main home is on the side where the apartment is located.
- The pool is reached via a gently inclined pathway.
- Despite the rural location, the Wi-Fi coverage in all areas is excellent – including the pool and garden.
- Lots to do and see on the estate.

- Estate roads are uneven and gravel – not suitable for sports, or very low cars.
