Inside, you will experience a sense of regal spaciousness while outside, you will bask in the deliciousness of the home’s impeccable tropical gardens where a Mozavit Spanish-glass tiled pool takes center stage, flanked by a quaint pergola, sofas and lawns. Indeed, this is a home that begs for you to spend your time outdoors in the Mexican sunshine, and its expansive terraces and garden also make the perfect setting for special celebrations, weddings, award ceremonies and more.
This villa is particularly attractive for golf lovers who, as guests here, can play at the neighboring 9-hole golf course($) where entrance is limited to those in the know, or head to nearby 18-hole professional courses. Likewise, high-rolling surfers and beach-combers will love its proximity to the ocean, while San Pancho’s restaurants, boutique stores and galleries are just walking distance away.
For a luxurious experience, occupancy for this villa is best limited to 8 adults and 2-6 children, though it can accommodate between 14-17 guests comfortably for larger groups upon request.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Four comfortable king-size bedrooms are well-appointed with spacious en-suite bathrooms and access to lovely balconies and shared terraces. A fifth flex room is best suited for teenagers or children as it enjoys a trundle bed and shares a bathroom with the upstairs Master Suite.
Larger groups may choose to make use of an additional guest area located in a spacious out-house which has two double beds and space to accommodate extra guests upon request.
