- For a luxury experience, this home is best suited for up to 12 adults sleeping in 6 bedrooms; however, it can sleep up to 14 guests using all bedrooms.
- Indoor dining areas seat up to 12 guests.
- There is currently construction in the neighboring building, but almost no noise can be heard in the villa during the day. Rates have been adjusted for this little inconvenience.
- Peak Festive dates are strictly non-refundable.
