This home is deliciously old-school Punta Mita, with an impressive palapa roof, sprawling lawn garden, huge freeform pool and a fabulous rustic fire pit right next to the ocean.
Designed by architect Marta Lozano, the villa boasts meticulous exterior finishes, including handcrafted stonework, custom wood doors and windows, pergolas, and beautiful landscaping. Its grand foyer, expansive ocean views, and exquisite finishes like stone masonry, marble details, and custom carpentry create an unparalleled experience.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Two impressive principal suites and two lovely guest suites at the front of the property leading to the pool terrace have coffee and tea stations as well as a mini-fridge. At the front of the villa, near the entrance is an independent suite offer additional privacy, kitchenette as well as its own private outside area.
Two bunkbed rooms joined by their ensuite bathrooms can sleep up to 6 children in each (12 total) making them a fun option for the youngest in your group.

- The ideal capacity for this home is 10-14 adults but it can accommodate up to 22 when using the two bunkbed rooms (Bedrooms 5 and 6) to accommodate children.
