Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a delightful palapa roof while Bedroom 6 is located near the rear of the property next to the staff room.

Know Before You Go

- This is a fabulous location for a wedding or event as it can accommodate large groups in the outside areas but must be requested strictly in advance ($)
- The villa has many stairs throughout the house.
- Bedroom 6 is smaller and located near the staff room.
- The only official dining area is beneath the palapa outside. If it rains, there should not be a problem, but it is also possible to set up a dining room in the entertainment area by converting the pool table into a dining area.
- For reservations of 7 nights or more, use of the owner’s luxury yacht is included for up to 10 people for one day (subject to availability)
- Access to Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses can be arranged for up to 8 people, strictly with prior arrangement and subject to a daily fee that will be the equivalent of a nightly rate in a Punta Mita condo (please inquire $)
