- Due to the tropical humid location in a lush jungle mountain setting, maintenance of wood and outside spaces is in constant progress and bugs and local fauna are unavoidable despite regular fumigation unless extra care is taken by guests during their stay to keep bedrooms and interior spaces closed.
- Maximum 2 guests per bedroom
- Not suitable for young children (children aged over 8 years old are welcome) as pool, terrace and large windows overlook steep drop offs.
- No student or bachelor party-type groups
- Great for yoga and meditation retreats with prior approval otherwise no events or entertaining is permitted – any gathering with guests not registered to stay in the villa requires prior approval ($).
- Renting a vehicle is recommended as there are steep winding roads to access the villa. The 15-minute walk to the beach is a steep walk back.
