The ground floor of the Umbria rental villa offers a variety of spacious living areas perfect for guests to relax during the day. The family salon includes a formal dining area, while the open plan kitchen connects to a second dining room that overlooks the beautiful swimming pool and well-maintained garden.
Guests can also enjoy the billiard room or watch a movie in the TV room during the evening. For an authentic local dining experience, there is a veranda where guests can enjoy delicious meals.

Know Before You Go
- Best suited for 8 adults or up to 11 when joined by children as Bedroom 5 has 3 single beds.

- Pool is open from May to first week in October
- There is an extra charge for pool heating and must be requested in advance.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times by the pool.
- A surcharge for electricity and heating is applicable during the colder months (Oct-Mar).
Idyllic setting for a small wedding or special celebration (upon request €) - Bedrooms are somewhat dated in style but comfortable and quiet, nevertheless.
- A mandatory nominal touristic tax per person per night is applicable on all reservations and paid either at check-in or check-out (please inquire for specific information).
